In our cafes it is forbidden to bring food and drinks with you, especially to consume them on the territory of the cafe. Our menu and bar list have plenty of delicious food and great drinks for every taste.
Please hang your outerwear (jackets, coats, raincoats, blazers, hats, etc.) on the hangers in the form of red hooks, which are located on each wall of our café.
Please hang your bags on the hooks located under the tables you sit at or on the red coat hooks hanging on the walls.
In the cafe "Khishnik Burgers" it is forbidden to put your things (clothes, bags, packages, etc.) on the chairs next to you, thus taking up the seat next to you. Our cafes are not large in area, and every seat, every visitor is important to us. By putting your things on the chair next to you, you deprive other visitors of the opportunity to eat with us and have a good time, and you deprive us of a part of the profit. We ask you to treat this rule with understanding and to follow it.
In the Predator Burgers cafe it is prohibited to place things (bags, packages, outerwear) on the tables.
We ask you to treat the furniture and items of our cafe with care and not to take them with you as souvenirs.
At the Predator Burgers cafe, we do not serve drunk customers who come to us; we ask them to leave our cafe so as not to disturb the guests of our cafe.
If the Guests in the Predator Burgers cafe have drunk heavily, and he (she), they, loudly swear at each other, at the cafe employees or guests, and (or) pester other guests with conversations, drunken questions, and (or) in other ways interfere with other guests of the cafe relaxing, the employees of the Predator Burgers cafe have the right to remove such visitors from the cafe and not let them in or serve them anymore.
If a visitor to the Predator Burgers cafe has any complaints about the food and/or drinks, they can contact the cafe staff with a request to replace the food or drinks they did not like or ask for a refund. After a visitor has filed a complaint about a dish or drink, the Cafe Manager must try the drink that was the subject of the complaint. Assess its taste and determine whether it is a low-quality drink prepared in violation of the technological map or normal. If the Manager understands that the drink is not tasty, prepared incorrectly, in violation of the technology, etc. in this case, the Manager is obliged to: 1. Apologize to the guest. 2. Offer the guest a choice: either remake the drink, or make another drink equal in cost to the drink being remade for free, or return the money for the low-quality drink. If the Manager, having tasted the drink, understands that it is normal, fresh, the expiration date is not violated, then he has the right to refuse the guest, in his request to change or remake the drink. The dish about which the complaint was received is tasted by the Sous-chef and the Manager. If the Sous-chef and the Manager admit that the dish about which the guest complained is not prepared tasty: overfried, oversalted, not fresh, tough, dry, etc., i.e. differs from the standard of this dish, then, at the request of the guest, the money for this dish is either returned to the guest, or the dish is replaced with a similar one. If the Sous-chef and the Manager, having tasted the dish about which the complaint was received, admit that the guest's complaint is unfounded, and the dish is normal, prepared in accordance with the standards of preparation of this dish, tasty, then the guest's complaint remains unsatisfied, the dish is not remade, the money is not returned. Dear guests, we ask you to treat this with understanding. We are always ready to correct our mistakes and quickly resolve the issues that arise with our guests. But we are not ready, and cannot physically, replace or return money for quality dishes or drinks that, for some subjective reasons, our visitor did not like.
Dear guests, on busy days, starting from 17.00 on Friday, as well as on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays, in our cafe "Predator Burgers" it is forbidden to use laptops, occupy tables with them, work, play with them, etc. Unfortunately, our cafe has a very small dining room, few seats, and the rent is very high, and in order for us to work and earn money, we need to quickly "turn over" tables, so "sitting" with laptops is prohibited. We ask for your understanding.
