Gin

The drink is dark ruby in color. The aroma is filled with tones of almonds, cloves, sloe (wild plum), herbs and spices. Main taste: almond and Plum. "Barrister" Sloe Gin is a dessert liqueur, the production of which uses juicy, selected sloe berries (wild plums).

The drink contains natural strawberry extract, which gives a particularly delicate aftertaste. The aroma smells of berries, as if sprinkled with spices and herbs. Upon tasting, the first notes of strawberry and orange zest give way to cinnamon, cardamom and juniper.

The crystal clear drink has a strong aroma of juniper and coriander. The taste is classic dry. Light spicy and citrus notes are felt at the finish. The word “barrister” for the name of the gin was not chosen by chance. In Britain this is the highest rank of lawyer.
