100 ml Martini Fiero is poured into a large wine glass (volume 760 ml.) on ice cubes and 100 ml. Tonic. everything is mixed up. an orange slice is placed in the center of the cocktail. Martini fiero is a vermouth based on red Sicilian oranges and herbs and spices.

Vodka, apple liqueur and lemon juice are mixed in a Shaker and the cocktail is poured through a Strainer onto an ice frapé into a Cocktail glass.

in 150 ml blackcurrant juice add cloves, cinnamon, star anise, 20 grams of honey and a slice of orange. All this is mixed and steam is heated
